Games Event Date - August 3 to 10

Event:

The athletics competition will consist of male and female individual and team relay events in Bantam, Midget, Juvenile and Senior age categories. Special Olympic athletes born in 1992 or earlier will compete in an Open age category.

Competition:

Events are either heats and finals, or just finals, depending on the number of entries.

Rules:

The most recent International Amateur Athletics Federation (IAAF) Competition Rules Book and the Special Olympics Official General Rules will apply, unless otherwise stated in the NAIG Sport Technical Package.
