The centrepiece to the Games, the Cultural Village will be hosted at the Quw'utsun' Cultural Centre, a world-renowned tourist attraction owned and operated by Cowichan Tribes. The Village will include a variety of events, celebrations, exhibits, receptions, symposia and meetings for the duration of the Games.
The Cultural Events & Ceremonies Department is producing a festival that will celebrate Indigenous cultures from throughout North America and around the world. This festival will showcase a diversity of cultures and genres through performances on the main stage in our Cultural Village. An Aboriginal Artist Market will represent authentic Native arts & crafts from across North America. The Cultural Village will be an exciting opportunity for the Games participants to gather and celebrate, and a chance for tourists and visitors to experience some cross-cultural learning.
Over 7 days there will be performances of but not limited to cultural singing, chanting, drumming, dancing, fiddling and jigging. In addition to witnessing a living culture, spectators will be able to experience other performing arts adopted by our people. Aboriginal performers and musicians will share their talents in spoken word, classical violin, acoustic guitar, classical opera, blues, folk, rock, jazz, hip hop and puppetry.

- International Main Stage - Free daily cultural events featuring traditional and contemporary Indigenous artists.
- Cultural Celebrations - Traditional celebrations from Indigenous Nations across North America, including Tribal Journeys participants
- Village Marketplace - Official Games merchandising, sponsor exhibits, pin-trading centre
- Artist Market - Artists from Indigenous cultures from across North America will be showcased, with on-site carving and studio demonstrations.
- VIP Area - Designated area for Indigenous hosts, Sponsors and other VIPs
- Complementary Activities - University-hosted symposia, Sponsor-hosted receptions and meetings, First Nations meetings and events, etc.
